Dr. Polk received his Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from Life University and then went on to earn his doctorate. Dr. Polk graduated with his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Life University in 2016. Dr. Polk has worked with patients from weeks old to in their 90s. Dr. Polk specializes in treating patients that have been involved in auto accidents, slip and falls, and severe neurological disorders (cervical radiculopathies, sciatica, disc disorders).
